Event Changed not triggered for BUS1006

Hello,

I have a workflow that is triggered based on object BUS1006 and event CHANGED. This works fine. Unfortenately this event is not always triggered (SWEL). When you change the legal name of the Business partner, the event is triggered. But when you change the VAT number, no event is triggered.

Are there any suggestions how I can solve this problem in order that when I change the tax number the event will be triggered.

Pepijn,

You might check in the tcode SWEC if any field restrictions are placed for BusinessPartner.changed event of BUS1006 at the change document level. In that case, remove that entry.

I checked SWEC. There are no entries for BUS1006. What I find strange is that when I change the business partner via SAPGUI transaction BUP2 for example an event CHANGED for BUS1006 is triggered. When you do the same but via the CRM portal the event is not triggered.
