Credit blocked sales order and shipping due list

Hello all,

We would like to see credit blocked sales order in the shipping due list (VL10C)

First we have modified a user exit to have schedule lines quantity confirmed even when the sales order is credit blocked. It works fine but still the schedule lines do not appear in the shipping due list.

Do you know some way to make this lines appear in the shipping due list ?

hello, friend.

i believe that you can configure the system in such a way that even if a sales order is blocked for credit, the requirements will still be passed on to PP/MM. however, as long as the delivery block (for credit reasons) remain in the sales order, this order will not appear in delivery due list.

i have to ask you: if you want the blocked order to appear in delivery due list, why block the order at all? an alternative to listing orders still not delivered would be to use t-code VA05 or VA05N and specify 'open' orders.

Hello,

Usually, credit blocked sales orders are released by the credit management but it may take a few days or weeks. Meanwhile, we want the order to be processed by the supply chain people as all other orders.

Today, requirements are already sent to PP people but now, we would like that shipping team could see them too in the shipping due list.

The credit block processing is still needed as these orders need to be validated by credit management people.

may you can use VKM3 to see the blocked sales order for credit hold and do the shipping activity.

But incase you try to plan the deliveries and your customer did not clear the credits.. are you still going to do the PGI with manual credit release ? If yes what happens if this is going to repeat again. how are you going to handle it in the SAP system.

Our need is to have them in the shipping due list but as long as the credit block is not released, the delivery still must not be created.

It works fine with VL01N => we can't create the delivery.
