Reporting Structure in OM

Hi,

I am working on OM in reporting structure,one executive have to report two managers.I was tried in simple maintenance.Could any body pls provide the solution.

are the reporting managers are at same level or how is the flow of relation , pls eloborate it clearly.

Hi Bhaskar,

Can you please tell me whether that manager is in the same organizational unit or different org. unit.

If the manager is from the different org. unit go to staff assignments -- Edit -- General -- select ur company and in that you will get ur 2nd manager name.

Hi

The Relation you mentioned is direct or indirect,if its indirectly report to another person,we can use dotted line relationship that we can create using Z relationship and map accordingly
