Excise Register entries for "Tools"

Dear all ,

Can anyone tell me what should be the excise register entries for "excise material type " Tools ??

as i perceive it should be as under ( after GR) :

1) inventories the goods in Part 1 register

2) immediately a next line will be updated with issue of goods from.

The material stock wud still be in the inventory ...

If the above entries are correct , then the second entries in my case is missing & in excise registers always a balance qty is shown & no issue is shown .What could be the reason for it?

Hi,

It will behave same as "Assets".
