Dear Sir/Mam
the issue is reagrding NUMAP feature. i have activated this feature by assigning 2 different number range. for eg:
If the applicant is of executive cadre then the number range will be: 90000000-99999999
If the applicant is of any other cadre then the number range is
00000001-99999999.
Then i went into Create Number Ranges for ApplicantNumbers* (Personnel Mgt-Recruitment-Basic Settings--create number ranges for applicant numbers)
Here in the column number i wrote 90000002.
Now i ran pb10 for non executive cadre. the system is giving applicant number 90000003. (from 90000002 onwards) but when i again come back to
create number ranges for applicant numbers i see that in the current number column the system has written 90000007.
Again i ran pb10 for non executive cadre, the system is generating 90000004. but in the current number column the system has written 90000008.
How come the system is adding +4 to the current number column?????

sorry there is a small mistake in typing
if the applicant is of executive cadre the range is
90000001 to 99999999
if he/she is from any other cadre the number range is
00000001 to 90000000
Every other thing in the question remains the same.
Sorry for the inconvinence caused.
