Copy an user from a client to another

Dear friends,

I would like to copy some users to all clients in my system. This means copying address data, as well as authorization roles, groups, etc.

A client copy does not work here, because I would like to keep the existing users in the target clients untouched.

Do anybody know an ABAP program to do this?

No, as I told above, a client copy does not apply here. And even less if it's described in a PDF from the release 4.6C
