Per Diem based on term

Hi,

I have requirement as follows:

we have 3 type of travels Short Term (10 days), Mid Term (20 days) and Long Term (30days). Per diems for Short term $100, Mid term $75 and Long Term $50 these per diems also based on employee groups and Trip areas.

I can configure per diems based on employee and trip areas, but how can i achieve the term of the travel.

Hi Sunder,

In SAP two types of per diem is available

1.Per diem accomodations in which we can give fixed amount. table V_T706U

2.Per diem meals in which we can configure hourly rae or Time rate. table V_T706V

And more over before configuring in SAP pl get the data for tax free amount from the claint.

Could you please be more specific on your query. Honestly, I don't understand what you mean by "terms of travel"? What kind of behaviour do you want to achieve in Trip deduction?

Hi Raynard,

Per diem caluclation should be based on trip duration. If trip duration is less than 10 days accommodation allowance is $100. If it in between 11 to 20 days $75 and if more than 20 days the allowance is only $50 per day.

I hope you can understand the requirement.
