SBO Mailer

Hi everybody,

I have configured SBO Mailer and testing the connection was succesful. But it crashes when I'm starting it.

Did anybody have the same experiences and knows a solution ??

Hi Bernd,

The first solution for you is to reinstall it. It is a very small and simple application. Please check all the documentation to ensure the version match and the requirement meet before actual reinstall.

Hi all,

I have solved the problem now. The database settings in SBO Mailer were missing. It works fine now.

I have uninstalled and re-installed SBO Mailer but I get the same effect. It does not start and the task manager shows 'no repsonse'

I have read that I have to uninstall SAP Business One to uninstall SBO Mailer ? Is that correct ?

Hi,

Uninstall SBO mailer need not to uninstall SBO Application. Just use SBO server tools application in the add/remove program. Click Change/remove button and then Choose modify. You untick the SBO mailer and then finishing the next steps. After that, you repeat the steps but now you must tick the SBO mailer.

yes, u have to uninstall it before you reinstall the mailer
