How to collect factory overhead by Percentage?

Hi,experts,

In my project, my client dont want to collect factory overhead(labor,machine,etc) by production order confirmation, and he want to collect the factory overhead through Percentage. For example , the material overhead of a production oder is 5,000 $ and the rate is 5%, so the factory overhead is 5,000 * 5% = 250 $ . How to realize this? Could you give me some advise?

Joey,

This can be achieved using Costing Sheet. There you can define for which Cost element/Groups you want to calculate the Overheads.

Please take the help of FICO consultant for this purpose,

Dear,

For better understanding u have to concern with your CO consultant.

As per me use transaction KZA1, here u maintain the credit, Qauntity-Based Overhead, Cost Sheet & then Overhead group & Origin.

Maintain this Group in Material Master Cost estimate Overhead Group and Origin in Origin Group .

In cost sheet ,there are two ways of giving overhead percentage ,first one using percentage ,and another one using activity allocation

In costing sheet row for material overhead - we maintain overhead rate assinged to a Overhaed key.

In CK11N the amount under overhead comes from a Cost Sheet.
