Appraisal evaluation scenario

My appraisal evolution scenario is as under.

We take one example.

Weighting Rating Total point (W /100*R)

Employee attitude Oct-2008 5 3 5/100*3 = 0.15

Employee attitude Nov-2008 5 4 5/100*4 = 0.2

Employee attitude Dec-2008 5 2 5/100*2 = 0.1

Total : 15 9 0.45

Total average rating of three month 15/3=5 9/3=3 0.45/3=0.15

So employee overall score for three month period Attitude is 0.15

How can we handle this scenario?

hi

You will have to make use of BADI and put your logic in the code there.

Then you will have to implement that badi in the appraisal catalog.

we know in payroll there is always a specific path in IMG to creat a BADI and then to assign it to wagetype,

where is such place in IMG to create BADI for appraisal and then where to assign it to appraisal?

and is there any standared BADI availble which we can modify for this?

hi

in the appraisl model if you are using MBO ,

you will have to go to Tcode OOHAP_BASIC

select the enhancement category

then select AA after the popup appears

in there you will find all standard implementations

there you will need to add your own badi implementation.

go to se18 check for badi named

HRHAP00_VAL_DET

Dear sameer what is MBO?

which appraisal system i should use, ojective setting & appraisals......or old appraisal system?

i tried to use both by switching on the switch to replace old appraisal system.

the prblem is...in old system in the criteria group..the result tab does not showing any enhancement option to choose.

in Objective Setting Appraisal. i hv selected enhancement under category, but in templat under column tab only three options available for value determination against each column.

how to apply that badi to our column?

and can we use old appraisal system for this scenario?

MBO is management by objective , new appraisal model

the solution i gave is for the new model .
