Exporting Excel file into SAP

Hi SAP Guru's,

Can anyone tell the process of Exporting Excel file into SAP.Now i have 1800 entries of making combination of sales area assignment,i have data in excel file ,so how to export this data into SAP.

- Create a recording in LSMW for uploading the datas

- Download it into an excel format

- Save the excel file as a text file with no extra spaces after the last data

- Upload with the recording

There is also some third party software available for this, e.g. WinShuttle, but it costs extra. LSMW is a good suggestion. If, for some reason, LSMW doesn't work, a custom program may also be written.
