Planning based on single input

Hi experts,

We are using PPDS. We have a scenario where there are four parallel resources producing different products fro same input material. How to schedule these?

Resource A- Dia 8 mm

Resource B- Dia 12 mm

Resource C- Dia 10 mm

Resource D- Dia 10 mm

The planning /scheduling should be such that all diameters of same quality should get scheduled together

Can you suggest a way to map this? These diameters run in the form of campaigns. Different qualities are produced within the campaigns. But one quality should be simultaneously planned on all resources

Please help.

I am not a PPDS expert but see if you can have four different PPMs with each of these resources and may be the same material from different storage locations.

If they are run at different times, you can have the time setup in resources for all 4 differently so that only one type of material gets produced using same raw material.
