deletion of mrp generated PR'S

Hi ,

Can any of u explain how to delete the MRP generated Pur Req's in mass..?

i.e.,

in MD04, the PR's will be generated based on requirement....but i want to delete them collectively...?

Hi,

There is no option for mass deleting of PR's whether it is MRP generated or manually created.

You need to delete the PR individually per item wise in ME52N or in MD04 itself(select the PR & goto change mode & deletion button or closed indicator)

Otherwise develop a BDC with the help of ABAPer, for this Mass deletion of PR's & you can schedule this per 60 days or 30 days so that at the end of every month PR's can be deleted.

for your Information through MEMASSRQ you cann't delete the PR's

You Cannot Mass Delete PRs Generated by MRP / Manual thru MEMASSRQ.

Try LSMW with ME52N.

You can get the List of MRP Generated PRs thru EBAN Table with Creation Indicator B

you can use transaction MEMASSRQ for mass deletion of PR's
