hi Siva,
The instguide link on servive market place is the good place to check and also
http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-25454
In short you have to configure the cluster, which will take care of the instance
before that. you have to install ASCS, SCS, DI, CI ....in sequence..
instguide will give u more details..

Get the official installation guides at
http://service.sap.com/instguides
I suggest you get a class on AIX before trying to install a clustered system without having a clue what it is... (no offense)

I mean with "clue" that you have no idea of what you are trying to do.
A SAP system installation is not that easy, a cluster installation is even more complex. There is no "step-by-step" guide for doing such installation.
I suggest you get a good basis consultant on-site who knows AIX as well as how to install a clustered SAP system in that environment.

Hi ,
If you do not know about AIX /UNIX than you face a lot of problems. Please read some books on AIX/UNIX operating system before start instalation. Please go through the following link, there you can find IBM red boooks on AIX
[http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/SG245527.html]
you may find some books on google.

AIX is a Unix based system - which is totally different to Windows. There's nothing to "doubleclick", there's not even an "explorer" to navigate through the filesystem structure.
If you never dealt with a unix'ish system before I suggest you have a look at Linux (which can be downloaded for free) to get a feeling how it would feel.

I give a little brief
Keep the database and sap files separately on a storage unit and It should be common to the production servers .Install the cluster sofware on both systems and do necessary settings The two systems should sync and relavant scenarios to be tested.
Need not not be much panic.refer IBM aix websites and instguide of sap then learn the necessary commands .
