Mass maintainence

Dear Guru's,

I want to extend materials from one plant to other,There are so many to extend.Is there any procedure for mass maintainence.

Yes mass maintenence can be done by using MM17.

Matrial extension is creation of material for perticular new plant.

again Mass maintainance is only after creation of material as it is maintenance.

U can extend(create the material) using the BDC or LSMW data migration tools of SAP.

lateron if u want to make changes u can use MM17 (mass maintenance)

Hi,

The best way is using LSMW or BDC.

There is one transaction as MM50 for extending materials and MM17 for mass maintenance
