If P owns 100% S.

and S share 10% of its share to the employee. How to implement this scenario to the systeM?

Yes . It is Share dilution.

I have just another thread that discuss this problem. I will check it first.

Interesting question.

Sorry, didn't try and din't think it over in SEM-BCS.

WOuld be interesting to get any feedback from people who did it.

Good question. This is most likely a partial divestiture of 10% for P with no change in the investment value.
