diff between ko88&va88

can any body

tell me what is the diffrence between ko88 and va88,and what will happen at each step and why do we use it

HI,

Both transactions KO88 and VA88 are for settlement. KO88 deals Internal orders and VA88 is for settlement of Sales orders. In case of Ko88, the values from Internal order will be settled to the another cost object according to settlement profile. In the case of Va88, the values will be settled to the material.
