Hiring of employee

Hi All,

Can anybody help me to hire a new candidate, I have already done following things:

1. pa30

2. new number as personnel number

3. put the reson 01

4. Personnel area(MEDE), which is assigned the compnay

5. EG- (M)which is also assigned with EGS

6. ESG(TM)....assigned

But still I am receiving a message, "No entry in table T503 for MTM"...and as I try to check the table T503..the system replys."The called function with the view/table T503 needs a special maintenance dialog which, however, either does not exist at all, or does not exist completely."

as I enter v_t503...system replys, "Table/view V_T503 is not in the Dictionary"

Hi Amolkumar,

You need to give the employee attributes status use, go to sm 30 Tcode and use this table V_503_C, then give the Employee status for your EG and ESG....Then go to PA40 and start Hiring.

Try this it will work... if any thing else let us know.

hi goto v_t503z via sm30.

and assign employee grp M to subgrp TM.

since its not assigned so ur getting that error.

check V_503_all through SM30 and assign the attributes for that EG

Pls maintain V_503_ALL through SM31 for your specific country grouping.
