Please advice in the foll:
a)The FSA plan end date has to be manually changed to end date of last pay period, system defauts to 12/31/9999.
b)Enrollment date for benefits is incorrectly determined when an employee gets reinstated; hence the system takes the rehire date instead of the original hire date depending on eligibility rules (rehire within 12 months).

Hi,
1) By default system would default the end date to EOT, if you have the requirement to delimit the records to end of every pay period, it should be done manually.
2) System wouldn't do this automatically, you can achieve this by configuring an adjustment reason and using the rehire date in a date type(IT0041).
