Hi,
It's possible to create many profiles for a single Role.
For the same Role (FI: Role contains T-Codes MB51, MMBE) I would like to create different profiles (Each profil depend on a Plant).
User 1 : T-Codes MMBE, MB51 Plant_1
User 2 : T-Codes MMBE, MB51 Plant_2
Can i affect for these users the same role, and different profil (profile = Plant for user).
How can i do this?
Indeed, profiles contain the same authorisation objects as the linked role, so also with plant code, etc in it.
What we do is create some kind of parent role, e.g. ZFIROLEXX with all the necessary transactions, but with nu organisational levels filled in.
Afterwards we create derived roles for each plant
- Plant AA: ZFIROLEAA
- Plant AB: ZFIROLEAB
- ...
Which have as parent ZFIROLEXX
Afterwards, is you do a change to ZFIROLEXX, you can automatically adjust all derived roles.

hi omar,
1 roles are related with 1 profile. So you cannot do that.
But If you can implement your idea by using template role mechanism. You can create template role with just general configuration (for example without plant information) then you need to derive specific role from that template role.
Specific role have your specific configuration such as plant etc.
