Apply roles to new employee in department
in PFCG I can assign a role to a department within the company´s organisational structure (trans. PPOSE). All I have to do is press button organizational management in forlder Users and then, button user comparisson. All that works fine.
When an employee is hired for that department, he should receive the same roles as any one else in the department. Once the organisational structure has been updated (trans. PPOM), button organizational management turns to red. System has detected that there´s a new employee to which the role must be assigned.
Is there any way to automate this process ?? I thought once you assign a role to the department, any new employee should receive the role automatically.
I think the role assignment to a user is done either directly through SU01and PFCG or indirectly through HR Org.
As the Role is assigned to the Position in the HR Department, any time there is a change in the user HR Position, I think the user must get the new roles automatically if you perform User Comparison in PFUD.
