Migrate old transfer structure/transfer rule/update rule to transformation

Is there any way to migrate old transfer rule/update rule to new transformation concept? (including business logic inside..)

How can i migrate old transfer structure/transfer rule/update rule to transformation

do I have to apply all of business logic which was applied in old rules to a new transformation manually?one by one?
