Creating SOLMAN mesages from EP 7.0
We are in the support phase of a project.The support is handled by the solution manager.The suport messages are raised in SOLMAN.From ECC users are able to create a solman message(standard functionality ).Client wants such type of functionality from portal (EP7.0)also.They need a provision for the users to create a SOLMAN message from EP.
Is there any standard solution from SAP for this scenario.
Please shed some light on this.

There is a standard way of implementing support desk scenario in Portal.
After establishing an SSO between EP & Sol Man, create a I view from Portal component com.sap.portal.epsolman.EPSolman refering to the System with required parameters.
