amendant PO

Hi all

we made PO with rate 100 rs on 01/09/2008

i made amendant this PO on 01/10/2008 say 110 Rs

now I want to make payment for last supply in month of sept. with amemdant rate .say 10 Rs.

How to map this ? IF credit note we want link with GR which is made only in SEP.

You Didnot Specify Whether GR & IR has been done for po Line item.

If GR & IR is not done yet then there is No Problem

If GR alone done to the PO Line item then Adjust the amount in MIRO

If GR & IR done already then make Use of Subsequent Debit Scenario

Hi,

If you have not made GR for the item before ammendment than there is no problem as the Gr will happen in the ammended rate and MIRO & payment also in the same rate. If Gr has been made prior to ammendment than the ammeded amount can be adjusted at the time of MIRO. In case both GR & MIRO has been done prior to ammendment than as you cab use subsequent debit (if it falls within the tolerance defined)for the difference amount so that it will add up with material cost.
