Full Optimize

Hi I can´t do a Full Optimize on one of our cubes. The Optimize takes 3 hours then I get the following error:

Error message:Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

Error message:This SqlTransaction has completed; it is no longer usable.

What can be wrong?

Hi Daniel,

To get a clear idea on what the error is, try optimising the cube using Analisis Manger. There the error will be more descriptive.

Hi!

I have already tried optimising the cube using Analisis Manger but it dosen´t show any error.

So it work to optimize the cube using Analisis Manger but i can´t do the optimising in the administration module.

I have found an error log in the outlookssoft log in Event Viewer that occurs everytime I start the full optimze for this application, the error log looks like this:

Did you try a re-index of your cube? then an optimize?
