How to upload asset value ,

Hi sap Gurus,

Kindly tel me how to upload Asset value ,This month end we have to upload Asset master data and acquisition value and Accumulated depreciation value .and How to upload current year asset.

After upload the asset value ,is it updating Respect Gl account or we have to enter manually which transaction i have to use for that.

Then accumulated depreciation value how it will update and depreciation value update .

After how to run depreciation run how it effect in balance sheet and P and L a/c

Pls tel me how to do this ,I am looking for your reply ,pls dont neglect,
