Text Material Type

Dears,

I want to create text material, to use it in SD as a text can you please advise which material type i can use while creating MMR. SAP Ver ECC 6.0

Dear,

Since you mentioned you want to create Text type material, please select the material as non valuated. This due to this material either updated basing on quantity or stock value. Use material type NLAG.

HI,

When u have to create a material using just the text u need not create the material master for the same.

Instead u can use a material group and assign the valuation class for the same.

please refer the SPRO---MM--PURCHASING---PO WITHOUT MATERIAL MASTER

Else u can also use a project and procure the material using the WBS element and assigning a proper G/L account for the same.
