BI Load Failure: Error message....IDoc ready to be transferred to applicati

Hello All,

Many loads failed in Production, and in the monitor status it show

Extraction (messages): Missing messages (Status :Yellow)

Missing message: Request received (Status :Yellow)

Missing message: Number of sent records (Status :Yellow)

Missing message: Selection completed (Status :Yellow)

Transfer (IDocs and TRFC): Missing messages or warnings (Status :Yellow)

Request IDoc : IDoc ready to be transferred to application (Status :Yellow)

Processing (data packet): No data (Status :Yellow)

*******************************************************************************************************************************

I went through the below who has the same issue and solved it by increasing the work process of the IDOC's. Can anybody explain how to increase the work process of the Idocs and also the reason for the failure.

Hi,

Since extraction itself is in yellow, do the following:

1. Check the status of the extraction in Source System (SM37). It may be hanging there.

2. Cehck the Idocs Queue in SM58 in Source ystem and BW. Clean it for unwanted Idocs.

To increase the WID, ask your basis team.

Info IDoc 1 : Application document posted (Status:Green)

Hello MSS,

1) Check in SM58 in ECC ( using the user as BWREMOTE or ALEREMOTE). If there are list of Idoc's displayed....... select them and do "F6" to execute

2) Check the RFC connection in SM59 and also by doing a right click in the datasource

Hi Ram,

There is no list of IDOCs displayed in SM58 in ECC system for the loading date selections

and in SM59 the RFC connection is ok.

so can u suggest me in this
