Components not updating in PDS

Dear All,

I have ciffed PPDS and SNP PDS to APO, but BOM components are not coming in any of PDS.

I have checked that

1. Int model for all ( FG,SFG,RM) materials is active

2. Production version of all FG,SFG is updated.

Requesting you to let me know what setting I am missing in order to update BOM components in PDS.

Hi Pankaj,

When generating PPM/

PDS, the system checks whether the components of the bill of material exist in an active integration model. If not, the corresponding components are not transferred to the PPM.

Compenet will not transfer if :

-Components that have the phantom item indicator are not transferred.

-Components that have the bulk issue indicator are not transferred.

-If the leading material already exists in APO but this leading material is no longer in an active integration model, no data is sent to APO.

If all are fine, will suggest you to to do initial tranfer again.

Hello Manish,

I have checked all my products is in BOM and is in active integration model.

But when i check the same in compare PP/DS with ERP explosion.

Tcode /sapapo/rto_ord_comp

Here it is showing no component exist in active integration model.

I have rechecked in cfm5. All materials lies in active integration model.

I dont understand why system is not recognising active IM for products.

Have you created production versions for the BOM and the routing /master recipes in ECC ?

I suggest to run the report: /n/sapapo/rto_ord_comp with option

are you getting any queue block after running with above option ?

please check if you have maintained BOM components in CS03 (R/3) with right validity dates
