Is there a method to avoid extending a material to a plant but transact mat

hi sap experts!

In our company whenever establishing a new sales organaisation due to geographical reasons, At that time

Currently materials are being extended to all plants and all sale organization as it is a pre-requisite for a material to exist in the respective organization from which it is to be issued or from which it is to be billed. This results in each and every material being extended to all plants and sale organization (sale areas)

Is there a method to avoid extending a material to a plant but transact material (perform goods movement) in that plant?

Since this is Mandatory, You Cannot avoid this........

As per my best knowledge it (extension) is a must in satndard SAP.

For a SLoc you can set auto creation, but for plant, sales org, etc it is not possible in standard system.
