Hi All,

While doing PGI, I need to check the materials along with Expiry Date. If material is expired, one pop up window should trigger and show the list of Expired Materials.

This we can do through User Exit ! (In ABAP) or MM or SD People can do the setting changes in SAP?

Hi

First maintain the SLED (shelf life expiration time) and minimum shelf life for materials in material master record in general/plant storage data tab. Once you maintain values for these fields during creation of material master when you do goods reciept the shelf life expiration date is asked. Generally if expiration date is reached a warning or error message occurs that shelf life is reached depending upon your setting. Just check message number and make settings as error in sap-img if you want not to post goods reciept in such case.
