Hi To All,
how can i maintain an item which i have to send out for the maintenance for repair and i have to maintain an account for the items which have gone out for maintenance

You will also need to create a "CLEARING" account in the General Ledger to track the cost of these goods, as the system has 2 separate accounts for Increase & Decrease. In goods issues and goods receipt you must change to the same G/L account to offset the value in one account. Only problem will be how to handle cost of maintenance. This would be a service invoice from supplier and should not impact the cost of the item.

JUST MAKE ONE WHS OF NAME LIKE JOBWORK AND THEN MAINTAIN ITS STOCK THROUGH THAT BY INVENTORY TRANSACTION.
