Partner function

Hi,

i created my vendor (as forwarding agent) with account group TRAN(copy of acc grp-0005-forwarding agent)

And i assigned partner function CR(forwarding agent) in my partner det procedure.

but when i tried to assgin that vendor in customer master at item level following error will come

Partner role 'CR' not allowed for vendors of account group TRAN

wat to do??

You will have to Define Permissible Partner Roles per Account Group. Use the menu path IMG --> Materials Management --> Purchasing --> Partner Determination --> Partner Roles --> Define Permissible Partner Roles per Account Group.

Dear Hemant,

You will have to assign the new Partner Function (CR) to your account group (TRAN).

To do the above follow this:

IMG - SD - Basic Funtions - Partner Determination - Set up Partner Determination - Set Up Partner Determination for Customer Master - Double click on "Account Groups - Functional Assignment" on the right side -

Now assign your Partner Function (CR) to the required Account Group (TRAN) here.
