FB50 - PARK button should not park, unless Credit and Debit are equal

Hi,

Could you please guide me on..

In tcode: FB50,

if debit - (minus) credit amount is not ZERO,

the warning is there for SAVE option

"Posting is only possible with a zero balance; correct document"

For PARK option, I need to throw the error

"PARKING is only possible with a zero balance; correct document"

(FYI: I need the PARK button)

Hi Suresh,

Solution is very simple. In FV50, go to editing options. In that pls select option "Documents must be complete before parking".

Then system will allow you to park the document only if debit and credit are equal. Pls let me know if your issue is solved.

Thanks. But the PARK button has disappeared.

I need the Park button, One user has to park, the other user has to Post that.

Hi,

After completing the document click on 'Save as completed'.

This should solve the issue.
