Hello gurus,

I have to find list of transactions for 200 roles. Can i do this at one shot without the hassle of putting each role in pfcg and checking their transactions.

Thanks

Hi Avinsah,

Transaction SE16 (Data Browser).

Go to table AGR_1251

In the field "Role" you can enter the names of multiple roles &

In the field "Object" input S_TCODE.Then click on the execute button.

This will give you the list of all t-codes that are contained in the roles that you specify at one go.

Thanks,

Saby..

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. when i tried as you said i was able to put only five roles maximum not all the 200 roles. I tried uploading it through excel file but the entries are not being read by sap system its totally different format. Can you suggest me how to get this done.

Thanks

There is the option to scroll when entering the values

Alternatively look at the options to paste from a list (from memory the icon looks like a green clipboard)

I noticed you talked about an excel file and I do not think SE16 will accept excel formats.

If you export the spreadsheet as text you can import the text file into SE16 easily.
