Best Hours - Calling Hours or Office Hours

Hi All,

Could you please let me know how to maintain office hours for particular address of the account as communication data can be maintained on address level?

For ex. address 1 & address 2 are two addresses of business partner.

How can I maintain different office hours for address 1 & address 2 respectively?

Hello,

The calling/visiting hours are not address based, they're valid for the whole business partner disregarding the fact if the business partner has multiple addresses.

You can only achieve this by creating multiple business partners for each address. Then connect the business partners by relationships so you know that they are related. Assign one address to each business partner and maintain the calling/visiting hours.

That's the way I would do it.

For your opinion, it is the only way I also see.

However it is very hard to maintain...

Hope SAP supports this.
