Hello all,
I am wondering if there is a way I can find the version with which a document was created last (the document with same doc number, same part and same doc tyope). We are using * so that the version can be numeric as well as alphanumeric.
Regards,
Rajesh.
Hi Rajesh,
whenever an user creates any document in cv01n, the log of the created document will be created with document number, document type, document part, document version, and even document description.
this log can be found in the form of radio button (Processed documents or use ctrl + f1 ) left to search button in cv01n screen.
Thank You,
Manoj

Hi,
You can use CV04N to search the document created with previous versions for the same doc type, doc number.
On search execution it will show you all documents with previous versions.
