We are planning to upgrade Oracle 10.2.0.2.0 to 10.2.0.4.0 . My question is whether anybody found any issue with performance after upgrade?

After the parameters were changed to the "new" ones for 10.2.0.4 everything was fine here.

I came know that some issue with MSEG index were in 10.2.0.4 version. Is it correct?
Read SAP note 830576. and make sure to install all available patches
