This is the period in which the comepnsation adjustment is made with effect from the date specified in the "effective date " field. (Which is set during configuration but can be changed through front end during compensation process).

IT depends upon the law of the country and how either of the option will help int he tax calculation and reimbursements will incude eye care facility or not.
