Business Objects XI R2 Client Install
We are in the process of upgrading to BO XI R2 and have BusinessObjects Enterprise up and running. We will be making it available to our users through Desktop Intelligence, only. After struggling through stand-alone installations of the client on a few PCs, we are investigating doing a server install of the client - equivalent to a Shared Installation with Master Setup in BusinessObjects version 4.
We haven't found any documentation, or forum comments, that definitely state whether this is viable. Has anyone attempted, and hopefully succeeded, with this? Does anyone know of documentation that explicitly describes the process?
We would be most grateful for any help or comments you might have.
