I installed SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment 7.1 in Windows Server 2008 from the files in:

Download > SAP Netweaver > SAP Netweaver CE 7.1 > Installation > Windows Server

In the SAP Management Console system seems green and running.

The Application Server Java is running, when I click on SAP NetWeaver Administrator it opens.

But when I try to open:

To follow the instructions to configure the Portal, I get:

The requested resource doesn't exist.

I don't know if I am missing some files or if I need to configure something else to get into the Portal.

I was able to open the page trying a new installation; the trial on SDN downloads.

Can't open portal server irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.....
