Dear All,
In our enterprise, overtime is paid through manual entry in Employee Renumeration Info (IT2010). But some of the employees got overtime amount equivalent to their basic pay when payroll was run for September month. What could be the possible reason behind this error, as this has not occurred for all the employees?
Thanks and Regards,
Kanupriya
Could be something wrong with the portion where your hourly rate is being calculated. There was an issue with standard rule G013 in GB which was creating annhourly rate equal to basic pay, if there is an organizational split,

Hello Harish,
I am in India.
Actually no hourly calculation is done through the system. The end user just manually enters the amount to be paid as overtime. There are other employees also who are getting the correct amount entered in the system for the same month but for about 55 employees this problem has occurred. What could be another possibility that could have caused this error?
Thanks and Regards,
Kanupriya
Hai,
Do onething, V_512W_B in this table maintain the overtime Percentage and valuation base wage type.
Ex: If you want calculate the overtime on valuation basis 01.
you can maintain the like this way.
Ex: Valuation Percentage
01 100
otherwise if you wnat calculate the amount 125%, you can put 125 in the place of 100.
OR
if you want calculate the amount on someone wage type like on basic or hra.
Give the wage type, on which wage type you want to be calculate the amount.
Ex: Statement wage type Percentage
4001 100
4002 20
Regards
Sridevi
