Hi everyone, I need help .
I have crystal reports XI install on a citrix server. Users launch the application and run reports, however, the reports are locking the database. I was asked to change the IsilationLevel key on the citrix servers where crystal is installed, but there is no such key.
Does anyone know how I can fix this locking issue?

Need to know what DB you are using. for some this is a DB Server configuration.

If you're using ODBC, you can add a registry entry to set the isolation level:
