MSEG - Reversed Items

Dear experts,

Created a goods issue against STO (351) and then had to cancel it partially through a reversal document. How do I get to know about the cancelled items in the original material document ?

GO to the PO history tab in the purchase order and check how many mateiral document you see

open the material document by double clicking and will take you to the document screen where you can see the qty and other details.

or use MB5B, this will display all the materail document for that material and plant for given date.

Will there be any indication in the item records of the STO in MSEG table regarding cancellation ?

hi,

The effects will be reflected in the PO history tab, in the PO item details...

When you do first trasaction with the full amount its displayed first and in the next line you will see differently that the reversal doc. is also reflected...

You can also see the details abt the full postings amount and cancelled amount...
