Workflow - items in the business workplace
I would like to ask you about an issue which deals with release of a purchase order. I created a PO which has to go through the release process. I assigned myself in PPOMW as one of the releasers. After I saved the PO, there were two items in my BWP, one is under the file "document", the other in the file "workflow". After I have released the PO, the one in the file "workflow" disappeared but not the other in the file "document". My question is, why this informative item still exists although the release has already been carried out and if there are especially a big amount of entries in BWP, how can one get rid of them?
