hi friends,

In easy access under menu customer service we have a node

named ISU SALES PORCESSING..

and it contains

ISU_SALES_QUOTATION - Create Sales Quotation

when i accessed the tcode by gving the profile name for either quotation or for order i get a dump error.

can any 1 suggest me how to rectify it.

I've never used this functionality, but I just set-up a quick test to see the short dump and it seems to work fine for me...

What's the specific error in the dump? If it's something generic (like a message_type X), I'd simply log a customer message on OSS and see what SAP says.
