Hi gurus,
We just installed an application server and attached it to our portal system. So our portal system is made of a database portal server and an application portal server.
When I enter the portal database server and go to user administration page from User administration --> Identity Management, no problem occurs.
But when I log on to the application server and try to go to identity management page It says:
"A required service for the identity management user interface is not available. Contact your system administrator"
I checked the logs but there is nothing useful.
Any suggestions?

It could be a JMX problem. See SAP Note 869852, chapter 5.
