Time zone change


When we check the time in our CRM system status we find time equal to our server time.

But Time zone is set to "CET".

But when we hecked in CRM Web client application we find the time according to tome zone "CET".

I ahve chenged the time zone from "CET" to "INDIA".But still the time zone is showing value "CET"

Do we need to restart the server after changing the time to get it effected.


Do we need to any thing else.
