How to insert icons in smartforms

Former Member

Hi all.

I need to insert a SAP icon in the text element of a smartform. I go to the text editor, choose Include->Characters->SAP Icons, but the list of the available icons is empty. Who knows why and how to make the SAP Icons available for inserting?

TIA, regards, Nikolai.

hi ,

To insert the icon in the text element of the smartforms

Under the test element goto editor mode,

in the menu bar->Insert->Characters->SAP Icons.

Here you can select the icon you want.

This Icons are not visible for Print Preview , please take a printout and see

Thanks, but the point is the list of icons available for inserting is empty. That is the main problem.

Hi Nikolai,

First upload the logo/icon/image into sap system using t-code se78.

Then use it in smartforms, it should work.

Hi, Dinakar,

Yes, all the icons are in the transaction ICON as well. But it's still no way to insert them to the smartform.

Hi, Dinakar.

I know the procedure you described. But the list of icons available for selection is empty. Only the message 'List contains no data'. Why are there no Icons?

Thanks,

Nikolai.
