NWDI_CMSADM User keep getting locked on the ABAP stack. Why?

Hello,

Whenever we want to make a change on the CMS we get an unauthorised error. We then notice that the NWDI_CMSADM user is locked on the ABAP stack. We unlock it and able to save the changes. If we then want to make another change we are getting the same error over again, again NWDI_CMSADM is locked and so on...

Any idea what can keep locking this user?
